New roof
Our insurance carrier originally did not approve a roof replacement for wind damage, just patching, which we rejected. Dr.Roof advised us to repeal and go through arbitration , which we did and after quite a long process a total roof replacement was approved. The roof was replaced last week and the crew did an excellent job, it looks great with the architectural shingles ,and you cannot find even one piece of trash left behind in the yard. I would highly recommend to call Dr. Roof if you have any roof damage.
Couldn't Be Happier!
Replacing my 22 year old roof was the last major project I needed to do to completely update every major item on my cottage. I took my time and had several companies come out and give me a quote. The first one was way over what I considered paying, by several thousand dollars. My second quote was from a very well known company ( because of their ads in the media), and theirs was actually the lowest by a few hundred dollars. However, they didn't even look at my roof, just gave me a quote, and was somewhat evasive in answering my questions. Daniel from Dr. Roof came out and spent time inspecting my roof and going into detail on everything. I knew right away this is who I needed to use. They were professional, they definitely didn't rush, and they left my yard, gardens, and driveway in perfect condition. The roof is beautiful. I highly recommend them!

Dr. Roof made my roof replacement from hail damage hassle free. From scheduling a drone to walking me through the insurance claim process and actual build out of the new roof, Dr Roof made it work. My out of pockets expenses were as projected and they were quick to tell me about additional costs needed for material not covered (which we discussed beforehand). The down side is a lot of hand offs between people at Dr Roof. From the scheduler to drone operator to sale person to project manager to field supervisor to claims manager to accounting manager etc. Tough to keep track of who to talk with.
