We are extremely grateful to our rep Logan Sanders! We contacted Dr Roof originally to check for storm damage, and leaks, as we are having humidity issues. Logan, a 4th generation roofer, was very knowledgeable and thorough. Even though we had multitudes of people in our attic, Logan was the only one to spot the mold on our rafters. He was the only one who truly investigated our 10 year problem (every inch of roof and attic space). At his suggestion, Dr Roof installed an attic/roof fan. The big test will be summer. Meanwhile we cannot say enough good things about Logan, and the Dr Roof install. Even our electrician said he'd seen a lot of fan installs with nails sticking every way (potential leaking) and haphazard craftmanship. He said ours looked PERFECT! We are so grateful to get a handle on a potential health threat for our family. Thanks to Logan also for making himself available to every question and concern and addressing them directly (and boy did we ask a lot of questions!). In no way did they pressure us to buy a new roof, but we will in 5 years or so, and it will be with Dr Roof. Competitive pricing and incredible professionalism and customer support. New roof
Excellent from beginning to end very professional. The roof was 50% 1x6 and 50% plywood. Proper nailing method was used on each section. Exceptional clean up and care of the plants and scrubs. Highly recommend the company.

Great Experience: Roof, Siding, Soffit Repairs
We had roof repair around a 'cosmetic dormer' due to siding 'decay' resulting in damage to roof sheeting. Repair was thorough, including storm guard over affected (roof) sheeting, replacement of shingles and siding, which was then painted. Shingle match was not perfect, but old shingles had years of wear, so that's understandable. Soffit / fascia repairs were done by a second crew a couple of weeks later, and they also did a very solid job. Cleanup after for both crews was very thorough, as well. We're very happy with the completed job and would recommend Dr Roof in a minute...
New Roof
We had a great experience with our roof replacement. Dr. Roof communicated with us through every step of the process. When Gio inspected our roof he outlined what would happen during replacement in a very easy to understand way. We were given a clear timeline when to expect the roof replacement and were notified a week before what day it would start. The crew arrived promptly at 7 AM, and I could watch in real time as the work progressed thanks to pictures the crew uploaded to the Dr. Roof App. Denis and his crew did a great job on our roof and cleaned up around our building very well. I couldn't be happier with our beautiful new roof. Every contractor I've dealt with before could learn a lesson from Dr. Roof on how to communicate with their customers.
Replaced Roof
We had a great experience with our roof replacement from estimate through completion. All of the Dr. Roof staff were professional and easy to work with during the entire process. Brandon was very professional, helpful, and knowledgeable. He answered all of our questions and let us know of all of the work that was done. The crew was great and they cleaned up so well that you would never know they were even here. The pricing was reasonable and we were informed of any extra cost of materials that were needed (OSB board replacement - the roof was 18 years old). I would recommend getting an estimate from Dr. Roof in your search for a roofer (get at least 3 quotes). The new standards and requirements for roofing are something to ask about in the process. Dr. Roof follows all of these new standards. Go with the architectural shingles (there was only a $340 difference in pricing) it is worth the extra price.
OUTSTANDING, Efficient and EXCEED Expections!
I have been underwhelmed by my HOA's selection of service providers. I have been in the community 23 years. When the roof replacement was mandatory, I groaned and was prepared to be disappointed. The HOA got something right, for ONCE. This company/crew are EXCEPTIONAL. They finished the largest building within a week. My building in a day. I am so impressed with the time line but most importantly, they not only did great work, they CLEANED up every night! No nails, no debris. I walked my dog at 630AM, they were here. They didn't leave until 8PM. That is a LONG day. I hope the (large) crew is fairly compensated. I don't write reviews, something so disruptive, was a pleasant surprise. I didn't make the decision to hire (wasn't part of the decision) however would highly recommend!
Excellent Work !
Your team did an outstanding job installing a new roof on our house. They were careful to cover shrubbery and patio with large tarps, and each of the workers knew exactly what he needed to do. The cleanup was excellent. You would never know that they were here...! And the roof looks wonderful. Thank you for all the detail that went into this roofing job, including working with our insurance company. We highly recommend Dr. Roof.....!!
