We are extremely grateful to our rep Logan Sanders! We contacted Dr Roof originally to check for storm damage, and leaks, as we are having humidity issues. Logan, a 4th generation roofer, was very knowledgeable and thorough. Even though we had multitudes of people in our attic, Logan was the only one to spot the mold on our rafters. He was the only one who truly investigated our 10 year problem (every inch of roof and attic space). At his suggestion, Dr Roof installed an attic/roof fan. The big test will be summer. Meanwhile we cannot say enough good things about Logan, and the Dr Roof install. Even our electrician said he'd seen a lot of fan installs with nails sticking every way (potential leaking) and haphazard craftmanship. He said ours looked PERFECT! We are so grateful to get a handle on a potential health threat for our family. Thanks to Logan also for making himself available to every question and concern and addressing them directly (and boy did we ask a lot of questions!). In no way did they pressure us to buy a new roof, but we will in 5 years or so, and it will be with Dr Roof. Competitive pricing and incredible professionalism and customer support.
