We did not know much about Dr. Roof, but we had heard that they were a good company. We are very pleased with the great job they did in replacing our roof. Cole got us started and Pol and his team got the new roof on quickly. I have never seen a crew that worked harder than the young men who did the work. The relationship begins with the initial contact, which in my case was Andrew Crumley. Andrew was an outstanding representative for the company. He explained things very thoroughly and was honest with me about the condition of my roof. We chose to wait six months and then eventually decided to replace. I probably had a year or more remaining before replacement was required but it was my decision to begin the replacement. Andrew was very helpful in this process. Before work began, Dr. Roof kept me well informed of the timing of events. I was contacted by the work supervisor, Pol, who explained to me when work will begin, an estimated completion date and what to expect during the process. At the end any additional costs, which were minimal, were explained. A professional team! I have always used them and always will!

When Hector and his installation team promptly arrived, they were well organized and focused on completing the job at hand. Once the job was completed -- in record time, Hector very patiently and thoroughly explained aspects of the installation and caringly pointed out siding areas requiring attention. He also reminded me that I should not hesitate to give him a call should we encounter any problems. Cleanup was done in such a way that one would not have known installers had been on our property.
