Excellent Service
Dr. Roof is an excellent company. we are very satisfied with the roof and with everyone, from the storm team, project manager, production manager and roofers, everyone was up to the task and quality was in the first place. Thank you Dr. Roof very much!
He knew what he was doing
Mr Felix Sanchez came out and repaired my roof. I had three areas that were showing signs of potential leaks. He patch repaired each of them, soo I’m not risking leaking right now! He answered my questions and reassured me I would be getting photos of everything. The work was done Thanksgiving week, soo I’m sure I will get them during the following week. I will check with Dr Roof again when I can afford to fully replace my roof!
Meticulous Performance
Delivered what they said they were going to do. QC foreman, Pol, was phenomenal. I was willing to pay 6% extra because of the confidence that I had in the salesperson (Danno).
Job Well Done
Due to recent hail damage my insurance company approved a roof replacement. I chose Dr Roof to do the job, mainly because I had used them about 20 years prior for a new roof. Once again, I was very pleased with every aspect of the process. They did some preliminary siding repair, as well as new roof and sky lights. They did all aspects of interface with the insurance company, their job supervisors kept me posted as we moved along. Even though a roofing job is messy, they did a complete clean up and came back to address a few minor details. I recommend Dr Roof to you.
Roof Replacement

JW in Acworth
All the employees at Dr Roof were excellent. From my first contact with Drake Conner to my dealings with Brandon. They explained the process that would take place, the materials involved and how long it would take to replace the roof. The people that actually did the work were very efficient and professional. I thoroughly recommend Dr.Roof and would definitely use them again.

The entire process with Shannon for the estimate and Felix for the repair was done in a timely way. Good communication for scheduling and arrival.
