Every part of the process was simple and easy to follow. Scheduling an estimate was easy and quick. The representative was very transparent and honest about what needed to be done and showed pictures of problem spots. Repair was quick and transparent as well with pictures logging the progress of said repair. Great service and would return for any future roofing needs I may have!

New Roof
Dr. Roof made my roof replacement from hail damage hassle free. From scheduling a drone to walking me through the insurance claim process and actual build out of the new roof, Dr Roof made it work. My out of pockets expenses were as projected and they were quick to tell me about additional costs needed for material not covered (which we discussed beforehand). The down side is a lot of hand offs between people at Dr Roof. From the scheduler to drone operator to sale person to project manager to field supervisor to claims manager to accounting manager etc. Tough to keep track of who to talk with. Excellent Work/Highly Dependable
Dr Roof just fixed a small leak on the backside of our roof. It's been 20 yrs since Dr Roof installed the roof and it has held up exceptionally well...through many hail storms/high winds. I have also had them replace skylights and chimney caps over the years. Their work is always excellent, dependable and I continue to highly recommend them for their various services...new roofs, skylights, etc.

Roof, Painting and Gutters
From start to finish everyone was fantastic. Josh Cooper for his estimate and answering all questions; Meridith project coordinator; Roof crew under Denis; Jose’s carpenter/paint crew and the Gutter crew were very efficient and completed work tirelessly. Gutter guys even in rain kept going until finished. House looks fantastic! We appreciate everyones hard work. Highly recommend them for house repairs..
