New Roof
We had a great experience with our roof replacement. Dr. Roof communicated with us through every step of the process. When Gio inspected our roof he outlined what would happen during replacement in a very easy to understand way. We were given a clear timeline when to expect the roof replacement and were notified a week before what day it would start. The crew arrived promptly at 7 AM, and I could watch in real time as the work progressed thanks to pictures the crew uploaded to the Dr. Roof App. Denis and his crew did a great job on our roof and cleaned up around our building very well. I couldn't be happier with our beautiful new roof. Every contractor I've dealt with before could learn a lesson from Dr. Roof on how to communicate with their customers.
Replaced Roof
We had a great experience with our roof replacement from estimate through completion. All of the Dr. Roof staff were professional and easy to work with during the entire process. Brandon was very professional, helpful, and knowledgeable. He answered all of our questions and let us know of all of the work that was done. The crew was great and they cleaned up so well that you would never know they were even here. The pricing was reasonable and we were informed of any extra cost of materials that were needed (OSB board replacement - the roof was 18 years old). I would recommend getting an estimate from Dr. Roof in your search for a roofer (get at least 3 quotes). The new standards and requirements for roofing are something to ask about in the process. Dr. Roof follows all of these new standards. Go with the architectural shingles (there was only a $340 difference in pricing) it is worth the extra price.
OUTSTANDING, Efficient and EXCEED Expections!
I have been underwhelmed by my HOA's selection of service providers. I have been in the community 23 years. When the roof replacement was mandatory, I groaned and was prepared to be disappointed. The HOA got something right, for ONCE. This company/crew are EXCEPTIONAL. They finished the largest building within a week. My building in a day. I am so impressed with the time line but most importantly, they not only did great work, they CLEANED up every night! No nails, no debris. I walked my dog at 630AM, they were here. They didn't leave until 8PM. That is a LONG day. I hope the (large) crew is fairly compensated. I don't write reviews, something so disruptive, was a pleasant surprise. I didn't make the decision to hire (wasn't part of the decision) however would highly recommend!
Excellent Work !
Your team did an outstanding job installing a new roof on our house. They were careful to cover shrubbery and patio with large tarps, and each of the workers knew exactly what he needed to do. The cleanup was excellent. You would never know that they were here...! And the roof looks wonderful. Thank you for all the detail that went into this roofing job, including working with our insurance company. We highly recommend Dr. Roof.....!!
Roof Repair
Brian was my sales representative from Dr Roof and this company did an awesome job repairing my roof. I was provided with before and after photos of the work performed. I would highly recommend this company!
No More Leak
My sunroom started leaking when it rained so I called Dr Roof because we used them before and liked their work. James came out to review the problem and determined we had issues with skylight flashing and a valley. James quoted the job and a week later the crew came to fix the issues. The work looked good when they were finished. That night we got a heavy rain and the leak was gone. I will be calling them again if I ever have more issues.
Great expectations
I found myself suddenly in need of a roof replacement. I never had the experience before. I sought referrals from trusted sources and found Dr Roof from an ad in my HOA annual guide. I decided on Dr Roof because the quoted price was reasonable. They were consistently professional and patient particularly Don, the sales representative. The contract/statement of work was very detailed and covered all necessary points. The roofing team was pleasant and went above and beyond to permanently correct a prominent problem area. The site supervisor, Denis was very responsive and kept my abreast of findings so that there were no surprises. He ensured that my expectations were met. All required photos and documents were provided in a timely manner. The roof looks great, completed in time just before a major rainstorm! Kudos to Dr. Roof! I highly recommend them for your roofing needs.
New Roof to House +Addition +Shed
I had a great experience with the roofing team at Dr Roof. Heidi got me scheduled and kept me informed my call and text; very responsive. Hector the supervisor walked the job with a few days prior to start to discuss my concerns (60 year old house with a new addition). I was grateful that he did this. The crew arrived at dawn to start the demolition on the old roof - the supplies and dumpster too. The crew worked nonstop- truly amazing how quickly they moved. Like an assembly line. Old roof off. Repairs made (there were a lot of repairs as my roof was so old - that and my contractor who added the addition over cut into the existing roof when tying in). They completed the roof in one day! And it looks amazing! I went with the architectural shingles. It’s beautiful!! I highly recommend Dr. Roof.
Roof repair
Scheduling an estimate was easy and quick. Shannon was very professional and honest about what needed to be done. The repair was quick and transparent as well with pictures showing the repair, Dr Roof did an excellent job of finding and repairing the leak.
Excellent performance
This was really an almost seamless process from start to finish. Eveything from initial inspection through final payment was on point. Installation was great. Done in high temps and a powerful thunderstorm that the Dr Roof team was prepared for. All the reps performed their specific jobs well and answered every question satisfactorily. One of the best experiences with contractor in my 40 yeats as a homeowner.
