Repair roof that Leaf Filter damaged
Leaf Filter damaged my roof while installing gutter guards in November 2024. Dr Roof repaired damage so that my roof could remain a life time warranty. I would not ask for a better group Than Dr Roof to work with they have went above the call to work with Leaf Filter to get their Insurance to pay for the damages that was incurred by Leaf Filter. I am so glad Dr Roof was my roofer they are the best and always do what they say needs to be done to give me the Life Time warranty back on my damaged roof. I will recommend Dr Roof because I was very pleased with their work. They answer calls or emails in a timely manner. Thank you so much for a great job.
Ignored by the owner after damage to gutters!
Beware!! This company is very accommodating up front, but absent after they get paid. I have been trying to get them to seal my gutters which were damaged with their roof repair for over 9 months. The owner, Scott, promised to come out and fix them 3 times. I still have the leaks, which splatter on my patio and house. You’d think they would care about their reputation, but since the hurricane and an increased in demand, they can apparently get away with shoddy work. I would pick a different company!

Great experience, highly recommend
End to end, these guys did a great job for us in replacing ten old windows in our 50 year old home. The sales associate was personable, listened to our needs, respected our budget in creating a proposal that met our needs and financial parameters. The installation team was professional, courteous, worked non stop until the job was completed, cleaned up and hauled away all materials. The project manager kept us in the loop the entire time, and followed up personally post-completion to ensure our satisfaction. The administration staff was prompt and provided all relevant details of the deposit and payment process for our job. I'd recommend Dr Roof.
New Replacement Roof
Denis Varela arrived on schedule and completed the removal, repair and Installation of the new roof in one day. 8-man crew was professional and completely respectful of my property and my house. The finished product looks amazing from all sides. I could not be happier in my choice of Dr. Roof. The materials were delivery the day before the project started and all traces of the project were cleaned up and removed from the site the same day that the project was completed. A week later the gutters were replaced and gutter guards installed by a 3-man team who in a single afternoon. They did a great job of removal and installation. No repairs were required for fascia. House looks years younger now...8>)

Jamison and Felix were great !
Jamison identified the leak within minutes and gave me a fair quote to repair the roof leak. Felix was the technician who came out to do the repair and did an excellent job! I would highly recommend calling Dr Roof /Jamison if you’re in need of roof repair
New Roof After-Service
I had questions on our roof and how rain was falling during the recent storms. Dr Roof Roswell sent Jesus Garcia out for an appointment. He was super helpful, knowledgeable and pleasant to deal with. Having great employees is such a benefit to a company. Stephanie on the phone was also a big help. I appreciate their pleasant professionalism.
After New Roof Service
I am unsure which specific group (Roswell, Johns Creek, Cumming, etc) helped me. We had a new roof put on by Dr Roof in 2023. I had some recent questions. The women who answered the phone on a couple of calls (including Stephanie) were very pleasant and helpful. The young man Hesus came out to look at my concerns and he was very helpful and very pleasant to work with. I appreciate the professionalism and knowledge shown. Thank you.
