We have used Dr Roof in our family 3 times. This week we had a ranch home completely reroofed. 4 other companies were also interviewed. Dr Roof is not the cheapest but overall value, customer service, warranty, easy to work with was out deciding factor. Everything and more was delivered. The job had a crew of nine show up with Mgr Denis. Excellent job by all!! You do get what you pay for not a scam roof company who will be out of business when you need them!
Quality Service, Reasonable Price
Dr. Roof did a great job explaining the small issues they found that needed repair without trying to sell me on an unnecessary roof replacement. They even worked with me on timing as I had a hole in my roof so they were able to squeeze me in quicker before another rain came. They addressed the issues at a reasonable price- better than competitors. Thanks!

Very Pleased with Dr. Roof
Dr. Roof inspects our roof once or twice a year. As expected a few months ago, we were due for a new roof soon. The process--from the latest inspection, estimate, working with our insurance company, to scheduling the work, having it completed, and the clean up were all efficiently accomplished and professionally performed.
Dr Roof is the best

Very satisfied Insurance Roof
My experience has be very good with Dr, Roof. We had already had negative experiences with two previous contractors who were unable to work effectively with our insurance company. Given those experiences, I almost didn’t allow the Dr. Roof reps to come into my driveway. After extensive conversation and the guarantee that they would go to bat fully for us including the use of the legal department, I was convinced to try again. The previous contractor was not only unsuccessful but they botched our roof repair horribly. Within a few weeks, Dr. Roof had negotiated a full roof replacement with our insurance company. We are ecstatic! Thank you, Dr. Roof!
Doctor knows best
This was not my favorite project to have done on my house. I was not interested in the process at all. What do do I know about a roof? Just do it!! Stan A. made the process uneventful. I didn’t yawn once. He was very informative, and now I know the difference between 2 shingle types. Everyone I dealt with was a pleasure. Brandon picked up where Stan left off. It was a smooth transition and he expedited the process and BAM… roof was on in a timely matter. Once they were finished, you would have never known they were here. It’s still the most boring project I’ve had done to my house, but I would rather have boring over incompetence any day. Now I’m good for 50 years. 😊
A Great Job
My experience with Dr Roof was great I have never had anyone work so hard to get my roof replacement paid for by my home owners insurance. Chris Stegall was there every step of the way for me in getting me a new roof at the best price for me. Chris answered my calls during my job in a very timely matter,matter of fact I rarely had to leave a message. Chris is the best I have ever worked with he is reliable,honest and always has the customer at heart to make sure they are happy.
