Great Customer Service from Start to Finish
Within 45 minutes of arrival, Leigh, sales rep, took photos and measurements and provided my wife and I with an iPad-supported presentation covering the GAF Lifetime Roofing System, and a line-by-line explanation of the proposed contract (reps from 4 other companies simply handed me documents to read). Also, she voluntarily gave us 2 product upgrades no other company offered us. And she cheerfully and patiently answered all our questions, even in the days after she had sealed the deal. Finally, she was present to observe the start of the project. That's great customer service! Dr. Roof's contract was well-organized and easy to read. As a GAF Master Elite certified contractor, Dr. Roof was able to provide us with a GAF Golden Pledge extended warranty. And, unlike other contractors we encountered, Dr. Roof is a TrustDALE certified company offering a TrustDALE Make it Right Guarantee. The roofers maintained a safe, clean jobsite for the 2-day project. All repairs were preannounced and approved. Of note, Dr. Roof voluntarily modified the plan to eliminate a dead spot that had chronically trapped debris, at no extra cost to me. Denis, Quality Control Supervisor, visited at least twice a day. The day after the project's completion, he returned for a final quality check. When I opined 2 shingles along the front eave might impede the flow of water into the gutter, Denis fixed the potential problem on-the-spot. Lori handled our billing in a very pleasant and efficient manner.

From the initial roof inspection to the finished job it was excellent. The question for our roof was repair or replace and we felt they gave honest information and education to help us make our decision. Dr. Roof staff communicated with us every step of the way. The job was done exactly when they said it would be done at the price quoted no surprises. It is such a refreshing experience in the construction world to have a positive experience. From first call, through inspection/proposal, through notifications for work day, pictures of work/repairs, all email communications…. Very efficient, professional and timely. Even my call to pay ACH, the representative was friendly, efficient and assured me all was handled. I would call again for any need…. And readily recommend.

Excellent, Fast Service
We heard great reviews from the neighbors and thought we'd try. The job inspector came out and checked the roof that had wind driven rain damage. He also came inside to see where the leak had come through the ceiling. He gave a reasonable quote for repairs. When the insurance came through, scheduling the work was simple and quick. They even came a day early and finished faster than alotted time. I'd use them again!
