Project Description
This roof repair was on a townhome which was three stories high. We performed a roof field repair at rear square window. Our crew removed the roofing and water stained sheathing at the leak area located directly above the square window at the rear. They installed new neoprene underlayment and new three tab black shingles as the closest available match. The final step of the roof repair was to remove three existing plumbing vent boots and install new plumbing vent boots complete with additional rain collar.
