He explained things very thoroughly and was honest with me about the condition of my roof. We chose to wait six months and then eventually decided to replace. I probably had a year or more remaining before replacement was required but it was my decision to begin the replacement. Andrew was very helpful in this process. Before work began, Dr. Roof kept me well informed of the timing of events.
