Exterior Carpentry & Gutter Replacement Project
This construction services project in Lawrenceville, GA restored exterior protection and improved drainage performance by completing carpentry repairs and installing new 6" Senox seamless gutters along the home. The project enhanced water management, reinforced deteriorated fascia and soffit areas, and ensured the home received durable, professionally installed exterior improvements built for local weather conditions.
Project Overview
After exterior issues were identified around the roofline and gutter system, the homeowner requested an inspection to address water runoff concerns and visible carpentry damage. The evaluation confirmed the need for new gutter installation as well as targeted fascia, soffit, and trim repairs along the front of the home, garage gable, and porch areas. Aging materials and deteriorated components no longer provided dependable protection against Lawrenceville’s frequent rainfall, prompting the need for comprehensive exterior repairs.
Results
The completed work delivered immediate improvements in water drainage, structural integrity, and overall exterior appearance. New 6" Senox seamless gutters were installed using heavy-duty hidden hangers while existing downspouts were reused. Damaged fascia, soffits, and bed moulding were replaced where needed, and all new materials were painted using Sherwin-Williams SuperPaint for a clean, uniform finish. With construction completed to professional standards, the home now benefits from improved moisture control, reinforced roofline components, and renewed exterior durability.
