I’m pleased to be able to write this review. It’s not often that you get great service where you can really see the care for the customer. The roof work was great. Very happy with the quality. Here is what I would really like to compliment: unfortunately there was an accident when replacing my roof that did not have to do with the roof replacement but something in my attic. After careful review of the scenario, Dr Roof chose to really show care to me as a customer and help me with the repair, even thought they were not necessarily liable. I really showed me that they cared about doing right by the customer. Props to them for really going the second mile.
