The Dr. Roof "team" provided an exceptional experience, combining true professionalism, passionate approaches and top-tier craftsmanship. From my open and honest consultations with Sean, to the ongoing patient, personable and caring communication with Sabrina to the meticulous inspections conducted by Andrew and Todd, I always felt as if the "team" had our best interest at heart. When Hector and his installation team promptly arrived, they were well organized and focused on completing the job at hand. Once the job was completed -- in record time, Hector very patiently and thoroughly explained aspects of the installation and caringly pointed out siding areas requiring attention. He also reminded me that I should not hesitate to give him a call should we encounter any problems. Cleanup was done in such a way that one would not have known installers had been on our property. Overall, Dr. Roof's "team" was communicative, respectful of our property, and dedicated to high-quality results. We highly recommend them for their expertise, integrity, and outstanding service.
