The relationship begins with the initial contact, which in my case was Andrew Crumley. Andrew was an outstanding representative for the company. He explained things very thoroughly and was honest with me about the condition of my roof. We chose to wait six months and then eventually decided to replace. I probably had a year or more remaining before replacement was required but it was my decision to begin the replacement. Andrew was very helpful in this process. Before work began, Dr. Roof kept me well informed of the timing of events. I was contacted by the work supervisor, Pol, who explained to me when work will begin, an estimated completion date and what to expect during the process. At the end any additional costs, which were minimal, were explained. A professional team! I have always used them and always will!
