A great customer service oriented company
I need a roof repair and contacted Dr. Roof. It was easy to schedule my appointment and I was provided multiple pictures of my roof and the problems that needed correction. The inspector was professional and courteous during the inspection, he immediately forwarded the pictures to my email with the estimate that was $2,200 less than a previous quote. My repair was scheduled within 3 days of my accepting the quote. Dr. Roof was constantly in contact with me until the date scheduled for the repair, the repair was done within the window of time anticipated, pictures of the repair were provided after which I paid the invoice. This is a well-run organization and I highly recommend them to any one needing a new roof or roof repair.
Problem solved and quickly
After one of our summer downpours I discovered a spot on the ceiling of the kitchen on the first floor. So who to get to fix... checked Trustdale and decided to try Dr Roof. What I liked was the fact they had been in business for a long time. We have had experience with the ones with the tail light guarantee.. eg good as long as you can see the truck as it leaves. Well using a drone..way cool. ..they confirmed the likely culprit... a faultily installed stack vent.... well it was fixed in less than a week and... they sent photos of the work..what is not to love
Fixed!
We had a couple of leaks after a big rainstorm. Dr Roof we’re able to come out and provide a diagnosis with photos and an estimate for the work. Super happy with the results. Been through 2 larger storms since the and it’s fixed. We had a popped nail on the roof and there was also some chimney issues and we both those fixed up with new materials (they don’t reuse!) and got photos of the fixed we wouldn’t be able to see from the ground.
Professionalism
Bailey spoke to us about our roof after 2 hail storms hit us this summer. He was fast, very professional, knowledgeable, and authentic. He used a drone to make an assessment and then sent an email the same evening with pictures highlighting different concerns.
Great from beginning to end
The entire team is just fantastic. They explained all of my options to me up front, and gave me helpful ideas about how to prepare for the roofing process (how to care for dogs b/c of the noise) etc. They installed the roof over three days, taking their time and clearly doing a quality job. The quality control guy was in daily communication with me and I always knew how many plywood repairs were happening. They cleaned up the yard at the end and the dumpster was gone the next day. I received my warranty and am happy with the end product.
Incredible from start to finish
We had all 34 windows replaced in our house. Dr Roof was incredible from start to finish. From Bob Petit in sales, to Ryan and his crew installing the windows, to everyone in the office I spoke with, my family and I are so impressed and thankful. No doubt I will call for other repairs in the future, as well as refer to all friends and family. Thank You!
The one stop shop!
Dr. Roof is a one stop shop! We just had a ton of work done on our home and could not be happier with the outcome! We did the roof, siding, gutters and exterior paint and very pleased with the outcome on all! Love how the teams worked together to get the work done. Would highly recommend!
