Roofing Job & Follow-Up:A Senior Adult Perspective
We would give Dr. Roof 4 stars but that is a weighted rating: on estimate & installation (5); on Other Related Items (4); Overall (4). Also, this review is from a senior adult perspective, almost 80, & so some of comments wouldn't apply to potential younger customers. Let's start out with the estimating process. We interviewed four roofing companies & Dr. Roof (Don) gave us the far superior estimate: the cost was higher but the knowledge & professionalism was excellent. They helped us numerous times in working with the insurance company on hail damage & although the request was denied, the help was much appreciated. The installation was extremely well done & the outside clean-up was above average. (Note: if you are getting your roof done, try Spring or Fall, the extreme heat turned our 2-3 day project into 5. Also, seniors, work with installers early on to determine entry & exit points from the house; at one point, with the stacking of materials in front of the garage, taking off old shingles at the front & back doors, we had some difficulty.) Full Roof Replacement
Dr. Roof came to my rescue by removing a DirecTv an discovered hail damage. Dr Roof communicated to me, worked with my insurance and was instrumental getting across the finish line with a our full roof replacement. Dr. Roof exceeded my expectations. I recommend Dr. Roof

Flat Roof Repair
We have a complicated flat roof on the second floor of our house. The first installation was done incorrectly, and the roof leaked after the work. At no charge to me Dr Roof came back removed the incorrectly installed roof and installed a new roof. I am pleased that they admitted their error and fixed the roof as soon as they could
Great, timely service!
We reached out to Dr. Roof to correct some poor work on our roof based on the recommendation of some neighbors who had recently used them. Very happy we did! They were quick, accurate, and very communicative. We saw pictures of everything as they were doing it, and they were able to solve the problem within a matter of days!
