Roof repair not needed
An estimator from Dr Roof came to our house to determine if a roof repair was needed but the estimator said no repair was needed. It really impressed me that the estimator was honest and did not try to propose an unnecessary repair.
Customer Service
We have used Dr Roof before and we’re so happy and we are working with them again for windows and siding. Leigh is who is helping me and she is always so helpful and such a pleasure to work with. Highly recommend Dr. Roof.
Great job
Shannon arrived at the scheduled time and began her investigation. Her courteous manner and drive to get the job done were impressive. She identified the leak problem and fixed it quickly. Impressed with her and Dr Roof.
Great Job
Shannon did a great job, getting here right on time and then going above and beyond to find and fix the problem. Found the source of the leak and provided backup pictures and information.
Detached Garage Roof Replacement
Paul Huppert showed up on time and provided detailed information on what will be done to replace my roof and a quote was provided within 24 hours. Everything was replaced on the day and time as outlined in the quote with no surprises. The job was performed including shingle removal, underlayment felt removal, drip edge removal and clean up. New underlayment. drip edge and shingles were installed in 1 day. No nails, shingles or trash was left behind. Excellent professional job to the team at Dr. Roof.
Quick work
Bryan was amazing. On time, professional. 3rd time I’ve used the company.
Wonderful Job
I initially heard about Dr. Roof from The Fish radio station a few years ago. I contacted them to come out & provide a second opinion for work done by another company (more than two years after the repair had begun) & the roof still leaked. Dr. Roof inspected & completed the repair properly & I had no more problems. A few weeks ago my roof was replaced by Dr. Roof. Each & every employee I had dealings with was efficient & courteous & the work was completed timely. My roof looks great. They handled everything exactly as they promised, working with the insurance adjuster from start to finish, returning my calls quickly, etc. I cannot praise Dr. Roof enough. Make your life simple should the occasion arise & give them a call. You will be happy you did.
