Very satisfied Insurance Roof
My experience has be very good with Dr, Roof. We had already had negative experiences with two previous contractors who were unable to work effectively with our insurance company. Given those experiences, I almost didn’t allow the Dr. Roof reps to come into my driveway. After extensive conversation and the guarantee that they would go to bat fully for us including the use of the legal department, I was convinced to try again. The previous contractor was not only unsuccessful but they botched our roof repair horribly. Within a few weeks, Dr. Roof had negotiated a full roof replacement with our insurance company. We are ecstatic! Thank you, Dr. Roof!
Doctor knows best
This was not my favorite project to have done on my house. I was not interested in the process at all. What do do I know about a roof? Just do it!! Stan A. made the process uneventful. I didn’t yawn once. He was very informative, and now I know the difference between 2 shingle types. Everyone I dealt with was a pleasure. Brandon picked up where Stan left off. It was a smooth transition and he expedited the process and BAM… roof was on in a timely matter. Once they were finished, you would have never known they were here. It’s still the most boring project I’ve had done to my house, but I would rather have boring over incompetence any day. Now I’m good for 50 years. 😊
A Great Job
My experience with Dr Roof was great I have never had anyone work so hard to get my roof replacement paid for by my home owners insurance. Chris Stegall was there every step of the way for me in getting me a new roof at the best price for me. Chris answered my calls during my job in a very timely matter,matter of fact I rarely had to leave a message. Chris is the best I have ever worked with he is reliable,honest and always has the customer at heart to make sure they are happy. Excellent Roofing Service
My roof was replaced a few days ago, and the service I received was excellent (from Gio, Brandon, the crew, and Lori). What impressed me the most was the crew had it done all in one day, and the cleanup was superb. Dr. Roof gets an A+ in my book.
Wonderful service
We had a great experience. From day one Dr Roof was by our siding helping us. They made the process so easy. And throughout the repairs the supervisor told us what was going on and what to expect. They cleaned up after it was all done too. They really just took the project off my shoulders and helped 100%. I am so pleased.
New Roof
I was referred to Dr Roof from a friend who used them. Leigh came out immediately, looked at and told me what I needed for wind damage. She took care of the whole process with my insurance company and did an excellent job in one day ! The roof was a full replacement and looks beautiful. Clear Estimate, Fair Pricing, Professional Service
I recently purchased a house and it was in need of some minor roof repairs. I contacted Dr. Roof to provide a overall health check on my roof. They provided photos of what needed to be repaired answered all my questions quickly and with expertise and I was able to get the repairs scheduled quickly. I believe their pricing was fair. When the repairs were complete they provided more photos so I could see things were done to my expectations and they even cleared some pine needles off my roof at the same time. I would definitely use them again.

My experience was excellent. I looked up best roofing companies and Trust Dale recommended Dr. Roof. I sought them out on line and they had excellent reviews. I sent an online appointment request and received a phone call almost immediately. They had Sean Fleming out to my house within 2 hours. Sean was great! Very professional, knowledgeable and thorough. He assessed my roof damage, showed me detailed photos and provided an estimate which was very fair with an amazing warranty. Dr. Roof had someone out the next day to repair my roof and the best part was I didn’t need to be home. Sean stayed in touch with me throughout the process to see if I had any questions or concerns and after my roof repair he followed up with me again. Dr. Roof has an easy pay on line system. Excellent Service for your new roof needs
My experience with Dr. Roof was excellent. They did a great job on my roof in just one day. Dr. Roof cleaned all the debris and even cleaned my gutters. The insurance department was great as my insurance company did not want to pay. We had to get appraisers and Dr. Roof took care of everything and I did not have to pay additional for that service.
