Low-slope sections were reinforced using a GAF Liberty modified bitumen system with matching base sheet to ensure proper drainage and waterproofing. Ventilation was upgraded by installing a continuous GAF Cobra ridge vent system across all ridges, improving balanced attic airflow. Step flashing and headwall flashing were replaced where needed, pipe boots were upgraded with rain collars, and rotted decking was replaced to provide a solid nailing surface.
