Our company is seeking an Office Clerk/ Administrative Assistant who is well-organized, has great attention to detail and can provide administrative support across multiple departments. The Office Clerk/ Administrative Assistant will work in close collaboration with staff members to ensure smooth communication and a high level of professionalism at all times. Our ideal candidate uses their strong communication skills to create solutions for problems and implements new policies and procedures.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Salary: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour

  • Handle multiple phone lines with ease.
  • Make Outbound follow up calls.
  • Update CRM with status post-call.
  • Comfortable working in a sales funnel.
  • Have excellent customer service skills.
  • Be proficient in word processing programs.
  • Knowledge of accounting procedures.
  • Demonstrate a good knowledge of mathematics.
  • Have the ability to work well under pressure.
  • TELEMARKETING Skills are a PLUS.
