Replaced Roof
We had a great experience with our roof replacement from estimate through completion. All of the Dr. Roof staff were professional and easy to work with during the entire process. Brandon was very professional, helpful, and knowledgeable. He answered all of our questions and let us know of all of the work that was done. The crew was great and they cleaned up so well that you would never know they were even here. The pricing was reasonable and we were informed of any extra cost of materials that were needed (OSB board replacement - the roof was 18 years old). I would recommend getting an estimate from Dr. Roof in your search for a roofer (get at least 3 quotes). The new standards and requirements for roofing are something to ask about in the process. Dr. Roof follows all of these new standards. Go with the architectural shingles (there was only a $340 difference in pricing) it is worth the extra price.

I just recently had my roof and gutters replaced by Dr. Roof. I interviewed 4 other companies and I felt that Don was a top professional, his knowledge and experience convinced me that Dr. Roof was a reliable choice. When the roofing crew arrived, they were diligent to protect my landscape and were extremely hard working completing the work in 2 days and actually left my yard looking better than when they first arrived.The job was managed by Hector and I was greatly impressed by his knowledge, experience, and attention to all of the details of the roof repair and replacement. In all, my expectations were exceeded and I am confident I have one of the best roof installations and materials available.

Very good quick service
My chimney top was blown off of my roof. The same day it happened Dr. Roof came out and put a tarp over my open top of my chimney. They didn't try to upsell me for how to fix the chimney. They gave me realistic options that were in my price range. I scheduled my appointment and they worked quickly and efficiently to get my chimney back in working condition. They also checked for any other damage and did lie and say there was additional damage they could charge me to repair. Unfortunately I had that experience with another roofing company. Dr. Roof is trustworthy, dependable, affordable and efficient.

Great expectations
I found myself suddenly in need of a roof replacement. I never had the experience before. I sought referrals from trusted sources and found Dr Roof from an ad in my HOA annual guide. I decided on Dr Roof because the quoted price was reasonable. They were consistently professional and patient particularly Don, the sales representative. The contract/statement of work was very detailed and covered all necessary points. The roofing team was pleasant and went above and beyond to permanently correct a prominent problem area. The site supervisor, Denis was very responsive and kept my abreast of findings so that there were no surprises. He ensured that my expectations were met. All required photos and documents were provided in a timely manner. The roof looks great, completed in time just before a major rainstorm! Kudos to Dr. Roof! I highly recommend them for your roofing needs.
