We have been using Dr. Roof for various construction repairs/upgrades on our home for approximately 20 years. Each time they have been called to give an estimate on a project, they made the appointment to meet my schedule and had my written bid within 24 to 48 hours. They were always 100% on time with the schedule for the work contracted on, the workers were extremely courteous, professional in everything they did, cleaned up their debris at the end of each day, and always kept me abreast of where they were in the project and if they saw anything that might cause a delay in schedule. I have called on Dr. Roof to get recommendations for a company that would do roof cleaning, they recommended one and they were also exceptional. All of this to say, if you want to hire a top notch company to do work for you on your biggest investment, your home, call on Dr. Roof. You will always be satisfied and get your money's worth for every dollar you spend. They may be a little higher than other companies but the saying, "You get what you pay for" truly describes their work. They are the "Top Gun" of roofers.

Roofing Job & Follow-Up:A Senior Adult Perspective
We would give Dr. Roof 4 stars but that is a weighted rating: on estimate & installation (5); on Other Related Items (4); Overall (4). Also, this review is from a senior adult perspective, almost 80, & so some of comments wouldn't apply to potential younger customers. Let's start out with the estimating process. We interviewed four roofing companies & Dr. Roof (Don) gave us the far superior estimate: the cost was higher but the knowledge & professionalism was excellent. They helped us numerous times in working with the insurance company on hail damage & although the request was denied, the help was much appreciated. The installation was extremely well done & the outside clean-up was above average. (Note: if you are getting your roof done, try Spring or Fall, the extreme heat turned our 2-3 day project into 5. Also, seniors, work with installers early on to determine entry & exit points from the house; at one point, with the stacking of materials in front of the garage, taking off old shingles at the front & back doors, we had some difficulty.)
