Fourteen years ago I needed a new roof. I had eight roofers inspect it and give me an estimate. ONLY Dr Roof's inspector Kirk, told me I had hail damage and I should notify my insurance company. Sure enough insurance paid for my new roof installed by DR ROOF..of course!! Recently I had them inspect my roof again, as I've done before, using a drone. Once again they saw hail damage. They told me to contact my insurance agency and file a claim and they will provide all the information the agency needs to complete my claim. So I'm waiting for my insurance agent to contact me. Let me just say Dr. Roof stands by their clients 100 percent! Now a days you don't find that. So if you need a new roof...trust me you'll be 100 Percent satisfied with Dr Roof's customer service all the years you have that roof...I know I am!! Thank You Dr Roof!

Both roof repair and window installation were accomplished very professionally though there was some delay in window installation.
There is no such thing as a "small" job
I had a tarp placed on my home prior to the actual replacement of the roof, went to work without a lot of fooling around, did a good and quick job of installing the tarp, shook my hand, and were gone. They were at my house for no more than 20-30 minutes. Even a "small" job deserves the kind of professional attention this crew gave to their work. That should be kind of work that we expect and get from all craftsmen all the time.

New Roof Installation- Atlanta Roofer
We learned of Dr. Roof from the Trust Dale website. We secured 3 estimates. Our final selection was Dr. Roof for a new roof installation. The decision was based on their estimate, ability to do the job and professionalism of their sales agent, office staff, supervisor and roofers. During the installation, the roofers arrived on time, began working immediately and completed the installation in a timely manner. Communication with the supervisor was appreciated, as he provided information related to the successful completion of the new roof, discussed unforeseen concerns with the roof, as well as the additional expense needed to correct the issue. At the completion of the roof installation, the supervisor was onsite to do a final inspection. Our entire property was thoroughly cleaned of any leftover roof installation materials and/or debris. The shingles we chose was GAF Royal Sovereign-Nickel Gray and it is beautiful! Dr. Roof did an awesome job and we highly recommend their services!

This was my second time using Dr. Roof in the last 2 years. There was some damage to one area of the roof and another with a slight water leak. Dr. Roof came out, give me an estimate and completed the job the very next day which I really appreciated since it rained that same night and did not stop until the next morning. I would definitely recommend them for anybody with roofing issues.
