6/5 stars for Dr. Roof. We had a few companies come out for estimates and one of those didn't even get onto the roof. Dr Roof was up and at'em. From the start to the end, Sean was with us every step of the way. The crew was on time and almost had two full days of work. There was some incidental water damage that they took care of. And importantly, no nails/trash/sharp things left on the driveway. It's rained a couple times since our install and everything seems to be going well. Would recommend/use them again. If I have anything negative to say about them, it's they send number of review reminders received via email and text post production.

Great Service
Dr. Roof was very responsive. I called on the weekend and Meredith returned my phone call within 24 hours. Logan Sanders came out to our house the same week and all of our repairs were made. Everyone was friendly and easy to work with. I would definitely recommend them to my friends and neighbors!
Such an easy experience
The initial assessment and quote was super quick and easy. The quality of the work was beyond my expectation and everything was documented with photos which was great. Price was very fair!
Roof vent installation
I needed a 4 inch vent replaced with a 6 inch roof vent for my bathroom exhaust fan. The technician did the work in a professional manner. I was please with the results. The shingle layering and sealant looks much better than the work done by the original builders. I know that isn’t saying much since Pulte sucks. But I won’t hesitate to rehire these guys for future work.

Awesome job by Dr. Roof! Upon our inquiry we set up an appointment with the Sales Rep, Daniel. Daniel was great! Daniel had decades of experience in the roofing industry and was very informative. Patiently answering our questions clearly and providing critical information we would never think to ask about. He was a zero pressure rep! We learned there is a lot more to replacing a roof than tearing down old shingles and replacing with new. He provided excellent detail on what the project entailed and walked us through the contract answering all of our questions. One key selling point for us is that Dr. Roof using GAF Timberline HDZ shingles which are rated fairly high by Consumer Reports. Hector was the site manager for the job. Hector was both professional and personable. He visited the job site several times. Before the job began he introduced himself and let us know he was available to answer all questions at anytime. Sure enough everytime I called Hector he picked up immediately. Hector did a great job keeping us informed on the project. He led a great team of roofers who were incredibly hard working and professional. Ultimately D. Roof di a great job replacing our roof.
