Dr Roof is growing, and we are looking for motivated, energetic individuals to join our team as Field Lead Generators (Canvassers / Door-to-Door Lead Generators).

This position is perfect for people who are confident, outgoing, competitive, and motivated by performance-based income. No roofing experience is required — we provide training, scripts, and support to help you succeed.

Responsibilities

• Walk residential neighborhoods and speak with homeowners
• Generate interest in free roof inspections
• Set appointments for our sales team
• Represent the Dr. Roof brand professionally
• Track leads and daily activity

Qualifications

• Positive attitude and strong communication skills
• Comfortable talking to new people
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to work outdoors and walk neighborhoods
• Self-motivated and coachable
• Sales, customer service, sports, or hospitality experience is a plus
